Simple tomato salsa ///////// Jednostavan umak od paradajza

Ovo je jedan jednostavan umak koji će odgovarati i najekstremnijim veganima (jer nije termički obrađen), a provereno znam da se svideo i mesojedima :) Ponajviše će se svideti domaćicama koje ga prave, jer je gotov za svega nekoliko minuta..

This is one simple salsa which will be liked by the most extreme vegans (because it`s not termically made), as well as to people who like meat, which I know from my experience :) It will be mostly liked by the person who will make it, because he/she will need only a few minutes for preparing this dip.




Potrebno vam je:

2 paradajza
1 crvena paprika
2-3 čena belog luka
malo maslinovog ulja
malo peršuna
so
kašičica tucane papričice
pola limuna

Paradajz, papriku, luk i peršun samleti u multipraktiku, pa dodati maslinovo ulje, so, papričicu i iscediti pola limuna. Služiti hladnog sa tortilja čipsom, krekerima ili nečim drugim slanim. Ja sam služila sa maminom slanim bakinim kolačem i sa štapićima od maka i speltinog brašna, po receptu Gage (click), s tim što sam ja dodala i suncokret i susam. I to je to! Žurka može da vam počne :)

You`ll need:

2 tomatos
1 red pepper
2-3 garlic cloves
little olive oil
little parsley
salt
tablespoon ofpowder paprika
half of lemon

You cut tomatos, pepper, garlic and parsley in a multipractic, and then add olive oil, salt, paprika, and then squeeze a lemon in it. Serve it with tortilla chips, or any other crackers you have. I served it with some home made traditional salt biscuits and with spelt and poppy sticks, which I made by recipe of Gaga (click), to which I added a bit of sesame and sunflower seeds. And that`s it. Your party can start!
