I've a make to share with you today ....... got my sparkly washi tape out for this project, made the join tidier!

My C6 card

Materials used:

• White, 250gsm, C6 card and envelope
• Card in white and pink, for my card front, insert and matting
• Snippet of card in white, for my image
• Using a makeup brush and a Dylusions circles stencil I appliedMemento rosebud ink to a panel I'd masked off with low tack tape
• Silver glitter washi tape - to bling up my card design
• Inkadinkado dog image (from 99109 "patterned pets") stamped using Versafine onyx black, including on to a white snippet which, once coloured, I fussy cut out and adhered over my stencilled panel
• I water coloured my image using Distress Inks in picked raspberry, barn door and salty ocean
• MFT sentiment (from CS.303 "brushstroke expressions") stamped using Versafine onyx black ink
• Stardust stickles to add some sparkle to the sassy dog image

Hope you are all enjoying the Bank Holiday (UK) weekend and that the weather is nice where you are, gotta say that we have sunshine!

My C6 card

And a closer view of the image panel

Materials used:

• White, 250gsm, C6 card and envelope
• Card in white and lavender, for my card front, insert and matting
• Snippets of card in white and lavender, for my image and sentimennt panel
• Scalloped circle card, used for applying a shaped ink outline
• With the scalloped circle in place and using a makeup brush, I applied Memento sweet plum ink around the scalloped edge, to give a soft outline for my image panel
• Studiog (VS4911) floral image stamped using Versafine onyx black ink
• TPC Studio sentiment (from ST93416) stamped using Versafine onyx black ink
• Stardust stickles used to add some sparkle to my florals

I've a make to share with you today ....... a commission for a friend who asked me to make a couple of sympathy cards.

My C6 card

Materials used:

• White, 250gsm, C6 card and envelope
• Card in white and mid grey, for my card front, insert and matting
• Snippets of card in white, mid grey and black, for my image and sentiment panels
• Using a makeup brush and Memento grape jelly ink I applied a light cover of colour to my image panel
• Penny Black image (from Woodland Beauty) stamped using Versafine onyx black ink
• Hero Arts sentiment (from CL.342) stamped using Versafine onyx black ink
• Stardust stickles to break down the starkness of the card/occasion a little

• Crafty Roo floral corner images("just be yourself") stamped using Versafine onyx and Memento grape jelly inks - including on to snippet of white card
• Water coloured images using Distress Ink in dusty concorde and fired brick
• Crystal stickles and, once dry, fussy cut out before using dimensional foam pads to mount
• Fiskars sentiment (from 03-013370) stamped using Versafine onyx black

I've a make to share with you today ....... the second of my two graduation card commissions. Phewww! Just in the nick of time too - quite a relief to discover that my pal really likes both makes. Got to use a punch, for the first time in (probably) years!! Got my collection of punches out, with a view to getting rid of them - not sure I can bring myself to - now!

• Computer generated sentiment
• Using a makeup brush and Memento rosebud ink I applied a little colour through the Tim Holtz heart stencil (THS073)
