RAGBRAI

RAGBRAI~if you’ve never heard of it, RAGBRAI is the Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa.  Hundreds of riders gather at the Missouri River and spend the week cycling across the state ending at the Mississippi River.  This year was the 40th year for RAGBRAI.  They spent the night in Marshalltown, which is fairly close to me, so I thought I’d watch the riders coming into town.

There’s an amazing variety to the bicycles and the people that take part in RAGBRAI.  I’m sure I’ll be sharing more of my pictures as the week goes on.
