Cards for Camp

Two of my girls are going to Girl Scout camp soon and they'll each be gone for a week. While they're at camp, they will have "mail call" each day and so I decided to make cards for them. Nichole Heady posted her sketch inspiration Make It Monday just in time. I used several of the sketches for cards, but only took photos of one because I've had too much going this week to break out everything to take pictures (work has been insane!)

This card is based on sketch #2:

And here is the card that I'll send to Elizabeth. She loves Raspberry Fizz, so her card is done in that color:

Since I already had everything out, I went ahead and made cards for both of them and a few for their friends who were attending. Elizabeth's BFF will be at the same camp she is and I thought it would be fun to surprise her with a note during mail call.  I've been anxious to use the Blueberry Sky and Harvest Gold inks I got in a recent order. I looked through my Pinterest and found a card by Danielle Flanders to use as inspiration. I made two of these cards - one for Elizabeth and one for her BFF:
I still have a couple of cards to make (one more for Elizabeth, one for the BFF's sister who will be there the same week) but I think I'm going to hold off on those until next week...I have a PTI order that should arrive Tuesday.
