WMSC, ColourQ

Hi all, today I have a card for a few challenges. I just had to get my new WMS stamps inky, so I followed this week's Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge sketch by Renee Lynch, and the colour inspiration from this week's colourQ Challenge.

I don't have the exact inks in the picture, so I used the nearest colours I had, which were Colorbox Dark Cherry Glacier Lake and Mermaid, and in place of Wisteria Wonder I used Versa Color Smoke Blue.

I repeatedly stamped the border stamp from WMS Paris Nouveau in Smoke Blue and Mermaid directly onto the card base.

I then stamped the circular label in Smoke Blue, and added the sentiment in Dark Cherry.

I then stamped the floral image in Dark Cherry and Glacier lake, and cut out and adhered to the back of the label.

Finally I couldn't resist adding some turquoise gems.

Supplies Used:

Stamps:
Paris Nouveau - Waltzingmouse Stamps

Inks:
Glacier Lake, Dark Cherry, Mermaid - Color Box; Versa Color Smoke Blue

Paper/Card: Elegant Square Card Base - Craftwork Cards; Neenah Classic Crest White - Crafter's Companion

Other: Gems from Stash

I'm quite pleased with how this turned out, I was a bit worried at first that the two darker colours would overwhelm the card, but i think they look ok!

I am entering this into the following challenges:
