This was a really neat Make It Monday Challenge. I think my favorite aspect of this card is the 3D’ness of it (it’s more noticeable in person). I used a Spica pens to add a little glitter to the cupcakes . . . LOVE these pens!

Such a fun card, love the wide banner.
Gosh, what a CUTE card! Very clever to make the banner the main focus and tuck the little cupcakes into the folds.
