Baby it's cold outside!

Wow did you see Sharon from Willow Designs on Create & Craft on Monday?? She was just fabulous and she was introducing the amazingly versatile Walter & Winnie Does Christmas CD which you can now also get hold of! Myself and the rest of the DT have been using the CD for a number of weeks now to create our cards and as you will see from my previous posts you can create something using the pretty papers and precoloured images or you can choose your own colour scheme with the black and white images the possibilities are endless.

Anyhow as it is Thursday it can mean only one thing, Willow Sketchie Challenge and here is this week's sketch hosted by the lovely Lis M.

and here is what I have created......

I used a lilac pearlescent paper to print the backing papers onto and cut the scaloped edge with scissors. The image I coloured with promarkers using Cool Grey 1 and 2, Lavender and Lilac and finished with some purple glitter from my stash. A strip of white satin ribbon and some purple gems and the sentiment is a die cut from some papers I had a while back. The colours make me feel all wintery and cold...glad I am wrapped up warm today.
