Jules has appeared in several other novels by Melissa Foster and I was so excited to see she finally has her own story. I wanted to know the grown up Jules. Not the childhood cancer survivor, though I’m sure that has presented itself in the adult Jules. But I wanted a whole book about Jules. And My True Love did not disappoint.
Jules has known for a while she had the hots for her best friend Bellamy’s older brother Grant. What she couldn’t decide was whether she would ruin her friendship with Bellamy if she went after Grant. Jules is always happy and wants all around her to be happy also so she set it as her mission to see that Grant became more grateful for the life he has, even if it is not the life he wants.
The question is, can Jules succeed? Can Grant pull his head up (yes, I want to type something different) and see the blessings in front of him? If you want to find out, pick up a copy of My True Love. I have volunteered to share my review and all the opinions are 100% my own.
