January 2020 Blog Hop

Happy New Year to you all!!

For my fellow Aussies, I hope you have stayed safe during this last month, especially those impacted by the latest bushfires. We have been on the edge of them, but fortunately have not gone past the watch and act level. For all others, I hope you have also been safe during the last month.

Our climate has certainly been changing in all parts of the world and whether you believe in climate change or not, it definitely has been sending some extreme weather conditions!

On a happier note, it's time for our monthly blog hop with:

There is no theme for this blog hop except to use all current Stampin' Up!® products.

For me, I couldn't resist using the gorgeous Little Ladybug which you can achieve for FREE as a host during Sale-A-Bration! Isn't she just the cutest little bug!!!

A great little tip is to use a light neutral colour (smoky slate, sahara sand etc) to outline your stamped image - it really helps it to POP!!

I also used Shimmery Crystal Effects on the flower and the ladybug wings.

Card Measurements

Card base:         10.5cm x 29.8cm
Front layer 1:     10.5cm x 4cm
Front layer 2:     10cm x 8cm then cut down to 3.5cm
Inside layer 1:    10cm x 14.5cm
Inside layer 2:    9.5cm x 14cm

I added the ladybug last but you could include her when stamping the flower image on Front layer 2.
