So Many Stars (window card)

Welcome to our monthly Blog Hop for the Maui Incentive trip achievers! I missed last month but I am so excited to  play along again. I can't wait to see what the other participants will share with us...

If you are reading my blog in an email, please be sure to click over to my blog to see all of the samples and the hop list underneath...

The card that I am sharing today was our stamp club make-and-take project...

We first die-cut the star from the front of the card and then heat embossed it in silver.

To get this cool dimensional look of the star...A ruler and stylus was used to score each of the points of the star across to the "indentation" so they can be folded gently to give the star the dimensional look. The star was added back into the opening while the card was closed, with a double stack of dimensionals in the center and mini glue dots on each of the points

Of course you could do a little bit simpler verion of this card and omit the scoring and then don't use dimensionals to adhere the star so its flat and the card can open easily...

Here is the card open and you can see the window on the left...

You may just be starting the blog hop here at my blog - Claudia Perry or may have come from the person previous to me in the list. If you get off track at any time, the full lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all the projects. At the moment you are visiting Claudia Perry
