Kylie's Demonstrator Training Blog Hop-August2019- Key Holder

Hello Beautiful People.
Thanks for being here today. Welcome to my blog, I hope you like what you see here.

Today you are joining a wonderful bunch of creative souls who are training together through the wonderful  Kylie Bertucci. I hope you make your way through each blog today.
Today is my mum's birthday, so happy birthday mummy, mumcha, ma! Love you!

I LOVE doing off the page projects so i'm super excited for today's post.
I grabbed this key holder from Spotlight online many weeks ago because i knew exactly what i wanted to do with it. Our kitchen is in a Coastal theme and i knew the Come Sail Away DSP would be perfect for this project.
The key holder came with a door but i tell you, it was WONKY. Very very wonky, so i took it off. There was no fixing of it unfortunately. Good one Spotlight!! lol.

I wanted to give this a white wash but my partner said no, he liked the wood look of it, so i left it like this for him. But who knows, i might get itchy fingers and take to it with white paint another day. Wink Wink!

Imagine my delight when i realised that the ships wheel from The Smooth Sailing Dies was an exact fit for the open hole on this key holder!! I was stoked, yippee yahoo, lol.

Now let's look at some more pictures of it.

I love this, and the fact that i made it myself is even better. I love me a home decor piece, How about you?

I'm so glad to have this out there now, it has been hard keeping it off social media. I have seen many other home decor pieces made with the Come Sail Away Suite and they have been amazing.

Until next time my lovelies. Be Happy Be Kind Be Creative.
