One Stamp at a Time – Something Old, Something New

Hello and welcome to the first of 2 blog hops I am sharing today. First up is the One Stamp at a Time Hop with the theme ‘Something Old and Something New’ & later today is the monthly Artisan Design Team Hop.

I am now able to share a card and gift I made for my fabulous team member who has recently promoted to Bronze Elite, as she has now received this.

For anyone reading this who is not a demonstrator or not familiar with what Bronze Elite may mean…it is the next step from being a new demonstrator and results in even more added benefits (such as even more discount). If you would like to know more about joining up please email or send me a message I would be very happy to answer any questions you may have.

The Magnolia has been made using the Hot Air Ballon Punch (x5) for the largest petals and the centres are Magnolia Memory Dies, to get the extra curl to the leaves I have used the bone folder. The Tin Tile embossing folder and the Stitched Nested Label dies are such great go-to items to have in your craft room – I use these SO much!

The leaves are stamped (and cut out) from the largest Magnolia image in Memento Black ink and coloured with the Mossy Meadow Blends, once coloured and cut out I have layers them behind the die cut petals. I just love the look of this all in white, but I am looking forward to playing some more and trying this out in a whole range of colours!

I hope you are inspired to give a 3D paper flower a go yourself? To see everyone else creations you need to click on the list of names below. I can’t wait until this evening when I can get a chance to sit down with a cuppa and hop on around myself to see what everyone has made.

Don’t forget to also check back later today (1600 BST) when I will be live with the Artisan Design Team for another monthly hop.

If you live in the UK, I would love you to choose me as your demonstrator. If you would like to purchase any of these products you can click on the Shop Now button or by clicking on any of the images below. Alternatively you can also contact me by email. Please be sure to use the monthly code and I’ll send a little something out to you the following month to say Thank You!

  1. Beautiful! That large flower is so striking. Great idea to use the hot air balloon punch to get a larger flower.

  2. I must agree with Jo Anne….perfect combination but I might try using Very Vanilla for the flower….But I am very inspired!!!!!!
