Animal Expedition Card Sets. Kylie's Demonstrator Training Blog Hop April 2019

Hello Beautiful People.
Thank you for stopping in today. Welcome to my blog. My name is Melinda, but please feel free to call me Mel.

You are joining us for Kylie's Demonstrator Training Blog Hop for the month of April.
We love having you visit so i encourage you to visit all of the crafters on todays list.

Well, i have been busy fussy cutting. I cut out a whole 12x12" sheet of the crocodiles from Animal Expedition DSP. It was great to sit and just cut away. I could do them in bed, on the lounge, wherever!
I ended up with about 50 Crocs. So i turned some them into these 3 cards.

I just LOVE the Smile one! I do love a card with puns, or silliness. Anything to brighten someone's day, or give them a little giggle. I'm all about that kind of thing.
For the Smiley Crocodile one i have used a rectangle stitched framelit to cut out a frame and stuck my Crocs behind it, on Dimensionals. this card is a 3x3" one. It's totally cute!

I really like this one. It was the first one i made actually. I wanted it to be simple yet effective. I think i achieved that, lol. It has a bunch of my fussy cut Crocodiles on it. I cut off all of the birds that were on their noses. It wasn't what i was going for. I just wanted Crocodiles.
After sticking them all down i simply stamped the Wild About You Sentiment from Animal Outing in the middle. Tad wonky but i think it passes.

I have made this card for  a new baby. I think the bright colors and fun imagery is perfect for kids.
The Crocodiles along the bottom are popped up with Dimensionals

These fussy cut images stand out beautifully on the cards. While most are stuck down with Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue, they aren't flush with the card stock, so they end up looking dimensional. If that makes sense? I hope so.

Again, thank you for being here. Have a lovely day.

Below is a list of Blog Hop participants. Please try to visit everybody.
Also below you will find a supply list of everything i used to make these cards.
