MFT Summer School Day 2: Primary Colors

Welcome to day 2 of summer school here at the cafe! Today's assignment: create a project using primary colors.

I decided to use a teal instead of a true blue, but I think this still qualifies.

I used red, yellow and teal ink to create the splatter background. I popped to balloons up with foam dimensionals, and gave them all a little "shine" with a white gelly roll pen.

Adhering those balloon strings can be tricky, so here's what I did. I used some craft tweezers to hold on to one end. Then, using the fat side of Mono multi glue, I squeezed some glue to the top and then carefully dragged the "string" through the glue, using the tweezers then to guide it in to place and stick it to the card stock.

A fun card to add to my birthday stash!
