I had a little time to play in the cave today while Zoe, our new puppy took a nap. I needed to make a few cards for some dear friends who I love to send uplifting messages to.
But in the meantime - I've forgotten what's it's like to have a puppy! It's a lot of work but so worth it! She is a doll and I am falling in love with her-big time! I was so glad to craft in the cave today!

So for my card today, I used some new stamps I recently bought from Unity. The heart is from a set called "Hello my friend" and the sentiment is from another set called "Big Summertime Bouquet."
I stamped the heart onto some watercolor paper that I had watercolored with Distress Inks and then fussy cut it out. I added the sentiment below where I wanted to put my heart, then I added the heart with some foam tape. Lastly I added tons of sparkle pen to the flowers and a pretty white pearl in the center of the flower. I really like the way this turned out, very CAS but still with a lot of depth from the pattern on the stamp. I really have enjoyed getting more Unity stamps and love it when they go on sale!
