“The Earth will not continue to offer its harvest, except with faithful stewardship. We cannot say we love the land and then take steps to destroy it for use by future generations.”
—John Paul II
“Earth Day 2018: End Plastic Pollution” will be celebrated on April 22nd. If we can all do just one thing to help the effort, what a difference we will make!
I’ve seen stampers make just one card for two different challenges, but I had never tried it before making this card for the Global Design Challenge http://www.gobal-design-project.com and the Festive Friday Challenge https://festivefridaychallenge.com
For the Global Design Project Challenge I knew I wanted to use the Petal Palette Stamp Set, so decided to use it to also make an Earth Day Card for Festive Friday. It was my first time trying out the Garden Trellis Embossing Folder and I think it paired really well with Petal Palette! The little flower is a die in the Petals & More Thinlits, as is the base for the sentiment. The sentiment is stamped with the Labeler Alphabet Stamp Set. Counting down to April 22nd! In the meantime, a shout out to our Stampin’ Up! friends who are attending OnStage this weekend. Have a wonderful time! Peace, Dawn xo
Very Nice! Love this Stamp Suite!
Thanks for stopping by! Yes, it’s one of my all-time favorites. ❤
Is “super-gorgeous” a word? I love this. What a great inspiration, too! ❤
Welcome back Brian! Glad your event was a huge success! It was fun to try out the new Garden Trellis Embossing Folder for this card. Always feel like a kid in a candy shop when the UPS driver brings new products to my front door! 🙂
Beautiful, Dawn! This is one of my favorite sets, and perfect for an Earth Day card. Thank you for playing at Festive Friday this week!
Thank you for the inspiration Ann! ❤
Love your card! This is one of my favorite things in the new catalog.
I’m right there with you Renee! ❤
