It's Friday and another weekend's about the start!

Morning all,

Had a good week? If the answer is yes then that's terrific, if the answer's no then ... it's the start of the weekend, hope that will be better.

I've had a busy week, creatively, and have also enjoyed time with friends - which I so enjoy. I've a couple of makes to share with you .... the first uses some older stash and the second NEW, which is great as I enjoy getting new stash inky

My card

The front, back and inside of my card along with the front and back of my envelope

Materials used:
  • White C6/A2, 250gsm, card and matching sized envelope
  • Two pieces of white card cut to fit and two pieces of (Recollections) burgundy card cut to mat
  • Dina Wakley image stamped using Distress Oxide candied apple, I then used a waterbrush to smoosh the body a little more and then used what was left on the brush to add a little "grounding"
  • Wink of stella clear glitter gel brush pen used to bling up said "grounding"
  • Creative Expressions (urban beats) sentiment stamped using Versafine onyx black ink
  • Stampers Anonymous (Grunge cirque) image stamped on to the burgundy matting layer using Versafine onyx black ink
  • Stardust stickles used to trace the font of the sentiment
  • Faux crystal gemstones added to three of the corners

I'll be entering the above for the following challenges:-
  1. Crafty Sentiments - October 24th challenge - ANYTHING GOES
  2. Sunny Day Crafting - challenge No. 58 - QUICK AND EASY
