Organic Art?

Hi everyone,

I hope you are all okay out there.

I have something a little different from me today for you all although I do try to vary what I make (mainly to stop myself getting bored) but this is just something I really enjoyed creating with items I had to hand ;)

I've used all manner of different items on this including: recycled teabags, tie dye and tea dyed Calico fabric, hand pressed flowers and leaves from my garden, Vintaj brass pieces, hand made clay face from a mould....the list is endless.

I'll leave you with some close ups.

I am entering this into the following challenges:

Paperartsy, Metallics

A Vintage Journey, Altered Art

Simon says Monday, Heavy Metal

Hope you like it

  2. Very cool my creative friend! Love all the stained and dyed pieces and your mix of on-hand goodies you added as details. And some sewing! The wrinkled look is fab and all tied together on a craft stick that you made look fabulous.

  9. Oh, I do love this - such an organic, natural feel with all those well-chosen elements, beautifully positioned. Love the texture of the teabag papers (just drying out many more teabags for my stock as I type!) and the weathered crackle on the hanging stick frame at the top is amazing.
