CHICKEN AND AVACADO WRAP

I recently visited a LongHorn Steakhouse and bought a delicious chicken and avocado wrap.  This is my semi-copy cat version of the delicious sandwich.

CHICKEN AND AVACADO WRAP

Flat bread, I used 4 of the flat out brand, you could also use pita or Naan bread

1 large chicken breast, cut into pieces and cooked in 1 tablespoon oil

1 tomato sliced

1 avocado sliced

Ranch dressing, about 1 tablespoons per wrap

Colby jack cheese, about 1 tablespoon per wrap, cheese should be shredded

Lettuce, shredded, as much as you like per wrap

 

Cut the chicken breast into bitesize pieces, pan fry in 1 tablespoon oil until fully cooked and golden brown.

Heat your wrap by carefully flipping it on an open flame, you can also microwave or heat it on a grill pan if you feel more comfortable.

Add chicken to your wrap, top with lettuce, tomato, sliced avocado and shredded lettuce. Wrap the ingredients in flatbread.
