Ten individuals are invited to be guests/employees on a isolated island off the Devon coast. All have different understandings as to who invited them and why. The first dies just after dinner, with others soon following. No one else seems to be on the island, but is it one of them?

A classic, of course, that I put off after having seen the movie versions years ago. My remembrance as to the identity of the killer was a bit off, and the ending differs somewhat from the movie versions, so it was quite rewarding. A very well done thriller.
