Hello Everyone,

I am popping in with an ocean themed card, which was inspired by the current Lawnfanatics Challenge Watercolour.

I had a piece of a watercoloured background I made not so long ago using Gansai Tambi watercolours and cling foil. The technique is from the gorgeous Jennifer McGuire, the video tutorial is linked here. I added some Tsukineko Shimmer mist to it for more shine and gave it a black thin mat before gluing it on a white card base. I stamped the sentiment in black from the Mermaid for you set.

I stamped a couple of images from the Fintastic friends and Mermaid for you sets on Bristol smooth cardstock,  and coloured them with Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers. I used a Spectrum Noir shimmer pen to blend the colours and give them a little sparkle.

After adhering them to the ocean background I embellished the scene with a little gemstone heart (I coloured it with Copics to have a matching colour) and a few clear droplets from Studio Katia.
