Well now, anyone that really knows me knows that one thing I am NOT is cute or cuddly. And I find it hard to use "cute" images in my cards and tags --- they just don't translate well for me. Therefore, II don't have a lot of what might pass as cute or cuddly stamps (after all, Crazy Birds and Crazy Cats may be cute but they sure aren't cuddly, at least in my opinion!).
But I do have a few cute animal stamps dated back to the days when I first started stamping, stamps that, for the most part have never seen an ink pad. The stamp I chose for this card was one such: A Margaret Sherry hedgehog. Now I have never actually seen a hedgehog in the "live"; even though we lived in England for nearly five years; hedgehogs never crossed my path. But I'm a big fan of Margaret Sherry's art and have a number of her cross-stitch patterns and this one stamp!
I went all clean and simple on this one two, stamping the image in Archival "Jet Black" and coloring it with InkTense pencils.
