Today I am sharing a recipe that is kid friendly.  This Spicy Chicken Burger is delicious and a great way to get the kids to help.  Kids love shaking the bag to coat the chicken.  After I made this once it went on the list to make as much as possible.  A recipe the whole family loves.

Spicy Chicken Burgers (makes 4)

For the chicken:

2 large skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon chili powder

salt & pepper to taste

oil for frying, ( I use veg. oil)

For the burgers:

4 sesame seed buns

shredded lettuce

mayo

tomato, sliced, for best taste add salt and pepper to tomato slices.

Directions:

Carefully cut the chicken breast in half, flatten them out by pressing firmly with your hand

Put flour, chili powder, salt, pepper and chicken in a gallon Ziploc bag.  Seal the bag and shake well.

Heat oil in fry pan until hot.  Fry the chicken for about 8 minutes per side until golden brown & meat thermometer shows done.

Cut the rolls in half Fill each with mayo, lettuce and tomato on top of the chicken.

Serve & eat!!

Enjoy!!!
