Hello,
Today I wanted to show you how one sketch can inspire us to create different looking cards for different occasions. The sketch is from MFT Sketch Challenges #305.
My first card is a thinking of you one. I used the adorable sheep from the Ewe are the best Birdie Brown set, coloured it with Shinhan alcohol markers. I die cut it with the coordinating die and added some clear shimmer and glossy accent to the heart it is holding. I also used a black glaze pen on the eyes.
Then I die cut the middle stitched oval frame from white cardstock 2 times, once from a light blue patterned paper and once from silver glitter cardstock. I glues the frames together for dimension. I also die cut 2 clouds from white vellum and some grass from a pastel green cardstock. The background is a pretty Doodlebug striped paper and the sentiment is embossed in white on a piece of dark grey cardstock.
I hope you like it and will return to see the other card for the same sketch too.
I am playing along with this card in the SSS Monday and Wednesday Challenge Thinking of you as well.
See you,
Zsofi
