Hi everyone,
Time for another fortnightly challenge over at That's Crafty! challenge blog and the theme this time is: Birds of a feather.
We'd love to see anything bird or indeed feather related, I know I have loads of birdie stamps so it was quite hard picking just a couple ;)
Join in and you could be in with a chance of winning this:
and I know for a fact there's some exciting stuff coming up in the shop that it could be spent on....just saying.....
I made a card for this featuring a little cutie Lost Coast Designs bird stamp, I think there's about 3 different ones to choose from.
Why this fella wants to be a crow I don't know! Don't get me wrong I'm one of the biggest animal lovers you can find BUT I have a mob of these crows that hang around picking on my garden! They've already killed 3 pots of succulents by pulling them all out and now they've started pulling up the weed surprising membrane under the stones on my patio...I think they're bored with nothing else to do :/
I am entering this into the following challenges:
Take it,Make it, Anything Goes
Countryview Challenges, Have fun with circles
Simon says Weds, Things with wings
Gelatos, That's Crafty! Dinky bubbles stencil, Zig clean colour pens, Stamps are: Lost coast Designs, Katzelkraft and Carabelle.
Hope you like it

ReplyDeleteThis is gorgeous Donna and love that cheeky looking bird.
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about your crow issues, we have them too but it's just noisy battles with the seagulls here :D

I think this cute bird should stay like he is now, much more attractieve than a crow! Lovely card, Donna! And hope those crows will find something else to do soon :(

A wonderful sentiment, Donna! I'm trying to figure out who wants to be who. I imagine both want to be the other. I want to be normal. I wish I was different and stood out in a crowd (of birds). The "stand out" sure is a delightfully looking guy/gal. Cute piece!
ReplyDeleteOh I love that little bird, he is adorable. Super inky card.

ReplyDeleteFunnily enough... well not so much funny but, last week we had a
Magpie pulling up the weed membrane under stones too. Need to operate on it
