July PTI Blog Hop: Inspiration Photo

Happy Monday! I'm getting my PTI blog hop post done just in time. I've had my card finished for a couple of weeks, but hadn't written up my post until now. Here is the photo from which we were to take inspiration:

I was especially drawn to the color combination and the floral pillow on the right. Here is my card:

I used the carnation image from the YOF Collection set to create my patterned background. I stamped it repeatedly in white and embossed them in white on the Aqua Mist panel and then colored them in with the Copic markers. A Melon Berry strip along the lower third with the Think Big Favorites #4 sentiment stamped in coordinating ink and a Paper Reverie embellishment from Making Memories finish the card.
