Yes I’m running terribly late with this challenge but I’m going to make it!
This was my card for On Stage swaps and it luckily tied in with this week’s Global Design Project theme of Nature.
I’m also doubling up on challenges this week as The Paper Players challenge is Clean and Simple theme : Butterflies.
I love butterflies and the “Butterfly Basics” stamp set is one of my favourites with 11 unique and versatile stamps. I also used the Cottage Greetings as I love the font used in this set. I went with the Typeset Specialty DSP which is Basic Black and Very Vanilla and teamed it up with Bermuda Bay and gold accessories.
I had a fantastic time at On Stage – lots of energy and excitement – it’s so contagious! I turned into a bit of a stalker and caught up with Shannon West and Paula Dobson. They were both so kind and gracious. I’ll be back as soon as I can to do a post dedicated to On Stage.

Angela, your teal and black butterfly card is so pretty. I always love these colors together. I like the dots in the EF with the stripped patterned paper together as well. And, of course, the sequin. Thanks for playing with the Paper Players this week.
