Both the papers are made using stamps. One is a dot stamp from Close to my Heart and the other is the Hero Arts Small Closed Flower (one of my favorites for making a fun texture) I used scattered straw distress ink.
This card is the same as my bold birthday card. I did the same thing but used Spun Sugar and Worn Lipstick ink. I used a smaller sentiment piece.
