This week’s Challenge: #48 Autumn Colors

I really like this photo, don’t you?!

I made two slightly different cards for this challenge post. Here’s the first.

IMG_0743square For both of the cards in this post I used with my NBUS SU Vintage Leaf Stamp on some fabric with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I’m going to play this first card along over at Darnell’s NBUS Challenge #5 (Yay Darnell!!), SSS’s Monday Challenge: Stamp And Punch/Die Cut, Word Art Wednesday’s Challenge #200 – LET’S CELEBRATE!!!

I love Autumn! Especially in Maine.

I used the photo below as a guide when I colored in the leaves with my new ZIG Clean Color Real Brush watercolor markers. The sentiments are from the Penny Black Creative Dies, Words of Gratitude die set.

P.S. Have you ever heard the song “Amazed”? Part of the lyrics say, “You dance over me, while I am unaware.   2. Love both the cards, and great example of stamping on the fabric. The colours are superb and love the inspiration piece. BTW the Maine paintings are beautiful. I was lucky enough to visit Vermont in autumn a few years ago and it really is superb.
