15 unique rhubarb recipesOur church hosts a Farmers Market every Saturday during the warmer months. I enjoy spending time there as many weekends as I can because I learn so much from everyone, and I also get to have some “mommy time” while giving back my time to the church. It’s a Win Win!

Last weekend when I was there, I was talking to one of the local farmers about Rhubarb. Strawberry Rhubarb is my all time favorite pies, and I LOVE Strawberry Rhubarb Jam… But I asked her what else can be made with it? She really wasn’t sure, her response was, “Pie and Jam”.  So I took that as my mission! For goodness sake there has to be more out there? To my surprise I have found some unique and interesting recipes that include Rhubarb! Here are 15 of them!

Rhubarb Iced tea from Martha Stewart. 8 stalks of Rhubarb, 8 cups water, boil 1 hour, strain, add 1/3 c sugar. One commenter suggested to add lemon or orange zest too.
