I enjoy a good cup of coffee.  Truthfully, I probably enjoy too many cups of coffee.  But, as my husband says “we’re all going to die anyway, we might as well enjoy our food on the way out.”  While in general, we do try to eat a clean, healthy diet, I won’t budge on my coffee.  Even if some people do tell me it’s bad (besides, if you read long enough, you’ll find many contradicting “studies”), I’m still going to enjoy my cup or two of hot, black coffee in the morning.  Reminds me of the youth pastor I had when I was in high school, he’d always say he has his vitamin C, chocolate and coffee.  No, I’m not that bad.  But, you’ll have to pry my coffee from my cold, dead hands before I give it up.

So, when I saw the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge was coffee or tea?, how could I not be giddy?  It’s right up my alley!  I had just ordered this stamp from My Favorite Things and was anxious to play.

I broke out the few copic markers I have to color the image.  I’m thinking this is going to be me into trouble.  Together my daughter and I have the entire Spectrum Noir collection of markers, but we’ve been having a hard time finding refills, and I have a terrible time opening the caps, so I bought a few copics for the most commonly used colors.  I’m thinking this may have been a mistake because I’ve found them much easier to use!  I guess I’ll just buy more a few at a time.  I bought from carpediemmarkers.com because they were the best price I could find.  I’ve placed a few orders from them, they have great service.
