Floral Photo Banner

Turn your flower photos into a beautiful floral photo banner to dress up your indoor space.

Floral Photo Banner
It’s no secret I love to garden.

But what I never told you is how many photos of my flowers I take!

I’m a closet flower photo taker. No really!

I have a folder on my computer FULL of flowers that have been planted around my home.

And until now, I haven’t really known what to do with them.

I kind of just hoarded them.

Now, thanks to HP MyPrintly.com and their inspirational craft project ideas for photos, I came up with some awesome spring decor with my flower photos: a Floral Photo Banner!

HP has created some pretty awesome free photo apps for both your desktop and mobile devices.

I used the HP Photo Creations application on my desktop to edit and print my photo.

SO super easy!

And besides editing, you can also create items including cards, calendars, and collages.

Use a template or create something from scratch.

It’s very intuitive, and I was printing my photos in minutes.

I chose a matted option for my photos.

This green border is perfect for my flowers pics!

I also took one of the Save the Date cards and altered the text to be the centerpiece of my banner.

I printed on HP’s 5×7 photo paper.

Floral Photo Banner with Gold Washi Tape
After printing the photos, I trimmed off the white edges.

To further glam up the photos for home decor I placed a strip of gold washi tape across one corner of each photo.

Punch holes in the upper corner and thread twine through.

The floral photo banner looks so festive hanging from my mantel!

It’s the perfect accessory for spring. AND I get to show off my beautiful flowers!

This is such a great idea! I have tons of pictures of flowers as well. Ever since I got my DSLR camera a couple years ago, I can't get enough. I love the idea of displaying them in a banner. Thanks for linking up to The Creative Exchange. xo, Laura
