it was amazing

Romantic historic suspense that kept me invested through intensity and tenderness.

Characters were pictured with clarity as Ms Norato has drawn them well - both inner struggles and outer descriptives. Eastern America's seacoast and violence of the sea in storm brought the setting alive as Duxbury Massachusetts approached Christmas.

A high sense of curiosity drives Iris Moon to take her small boat across the bay to deliver a Christmas gift basket to the unknown yet intriguing lightkeeper of Pilgrim Light. That one action bears untold consequences and fulfilments of which Iris could never have dreamed. And that make this the spellbinding tale I discovered in the reading.

Excellent storytelling!

Time well spent. Thank you, Lisa, for the reading copy!
