So, this is the card made with the rescue-able bits from my initial attempts to make my last card …
I’m playing along at CASology, where the Cue Card is ‘And ‘ (p’raps stretching things a little … but there is a tiny ampersand in the sentiment), again at Less is More‘s 3rd Birthday Rainbow festivities, and with Addicted to CAS (for the second time), where the theme is Love. I’m also joining in at Simon Says Stamp Monday and Simon Says Stamp Wednesday, where the focus is Love Notes and Have a Heart, respectively.
ETA: I’m also linking up at Winnie & Walter’s Join In To Win, where we’re sharing cards we’ve made with their fabulous first release!
The rainbow shutter’s made using Papertrey Ink stripes, stamped onto linen cardstock. They were originally on an early version of my last one layer card … abandoned when a light purple strip bled horribly. So I abandoned said strip, trimmed the others out, scored and folded them, and adhered them to this card base. I stamped some previously Cricut-cut hearts (my last) with a Hero Arts background and attached them to the shutter with Glossy Accents. The sentiment’s from new company, Winnie & Walter. The shutter folds flat for posting … easy peasy!
