A few of my favourite things!

Release-full

We’re so excited!  It’s our OCTOBER RELEASE Day at KRAFTIN’ KIMMIE STAMPS!!  And we’re celebrating with a KRAFTY HOP!!  So grab yourself a cuppa joe, sit back and be prepared for some krafty eye kandy!  We’re going to inspire your creations with our new stamps and MORE!

Today, I decided to team up a few of my favourite things – two of the darling new stamps from artist Thais Narciso (I’M SNOW HAPPY), with another one of my favourite things – chocolate!  These chocolate bar sliders are so easy and so much fun to make, and tell me that these wouldn’t make the cutest stocking stuffers ever!

Release-open-2

If you’ve never made a chocolate bar slider (or candy bar slider as my friend from the south call them), they are super easy – in fact, I am pretty sure that I have a tutorial here on SCS that you can use to help you out!  Then, all you need to do is head on over to Kraftin’ Kimmie stamps and put these cuties in your shopping carte, and you’ll be all set to go! 😉

Release-closeup-2Oh, and don’t you dare forget about the adorable KRAFTY KARDMAKING KITS!!!  All the papers  (and fun adhesive cork paper) for these sliders are from this month’s kit – I simply modified the card bases to create the slider cover and then embellished with all the other goodies in the kit! So don’t be afraid to think outside the box (kit???).  Just because we call it a “kard” kit, that doesn’t mean you can’t use it as an excuse to go and buy chocolate (like I did!).

The Krafty Girls have cards featuring all the new stamps up for you to look at today, so grab a cup of something yummy, and get hopping!  As you hop from blog to blog, be sure to leave a comment at each and every stop because some lucky stampers will win packages of these incredible stamps from the new release!!  And when you’re done hoppin’, be sure to head over to the Kraftin’Kimmie shop, because ALL the new images are available NOW!

Thanks for stopping by!
