Will We Be Able to Just Let Freedom Ring?

We were at an outdoor concert this week. As they opened with the Star Spangled Banner a picture popped into my mind from the movie The Avengers – that’s right, The Avengers.

With all that is going on in America right now we need to get serious about standing up for our freedoms and pray with Abraham in Genesis 18 that there are enough righteous people left in the United States to stem the tide.

“And he said Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak yet but this once: Peradventure ten shall be found there. And he said, I will not destroy [it] for ten’s sake.” Gen 18:32 KJV

Praising the Lord on this Fourth of July that we are still a free people. Pray with me that we will be able to stay that way.
