Spring, Seed Catalogues and Rainbows Craftivity

Spring is Sprung
The grass is riz
I wonder where the birdies is!

(or in Daddy's case, I wonder where the mower is!)

Take those seed catalogues that you signed up for but never order from (because you just pick up your seeds at Walmart or Aldi where they're cheap enough).

Find fruits and veg for every colour of the rainbow (you may have to raid the flower pages for blue and violet)

Use a circle punch to cut out a bunch of colour discs for all seven colours.

Use a frying pan lid as a template to draw your blank rainbow segment.

Sort colours!

Glue!

Sing a rainbow song (we like the one from Sid the Science Kid, even though we're not fond of the show).

Retell the story of Noah's Ark.

Talk about the variety of fruits and vegetables represented in your rainbow and eating a healthy diet!

Celebrate Spring, New Life, and the Empty Tomb!
