I bought a couple of birdcages
last month...
and thought I would deck them out for Christmas...
everyone is feeling Merry...
some music to tweet along to,
they are Dreaming of a White Christmas too...
a pair of reindeer
are bedding down in this giant cage...
it covers the top of the armoire...
I am a little behind in finishing decking my halls,
we decided to do a couple last minute projects...
and you know how last minute projects are,
they always take longer than expected...

Wonder is such an awesome Christmas word. I love your bird cages! My husband was just given his Mothers antique wood birdcage. he won't let me paint it white and I haven't been sure what to do with it. Thanks for the pretty inspiration!

You've done a nice job at decking the cages and I like the deer you've put in the large one. The silver pinecones and hearts hanging from the mirror add some glitz as they reflect the light from the lamp.

Your birdcages are just beautiful! I love your idea of adding the bottle brush trees, wreath, and the deer too. Oh, and the vintage sheet music is a fun touch! I'll have to remember this idea next year for sure:)
