Best Wishes....

Hello Everyone
Thanks for visiting my blog

I've had a lovely afternoon, its so relaxing making cards and I'm so pleased with this lovely card. The fairy is just so pretty and was such a dream to colour in.

Mind you, I didn't enjoy having to cut the 'loops' off the backs of the flower buttons, my scissors just wouldn't cut the loops and in the end I had to get a pair of pliers out of the garage.  I then had pieces of 'loops' flying everywhere around my dining room - guess who'll be still finding pieces tomorrow (hahahaha).

I am going to enter my fairy card into the following challenges:-

Whoopsi Daisy - My take on Sande's lovely sketch
Craft Your Passion No 97 - Recipe of 1 ribbon, 2 different papers and 3 or more buttons
Creative Inspirations No150 - Brown, Blue and Cream
Polka Doodles Week7 - Recipe of 1 image, 2 papers and 3 embellishments (buttons, ribbon and glitter)

 Have a lovely week
Love Diane xx

This is a gorgeous card Diane, I love your colour combination and your fancy corners. I know what you mean about cutting the loops off the back of the buttons, I'm always frightened I might break the buttons.
Thank you for joining us at Whoopsi Daisy this week.

PS: The only scissors I have that cut loops even off metal buttons are my trusty Tim Holtz scissors.
