Happy New Year!
I thought I would continue
my New Years Day blog tradition
and host my own version of the Rose Parade....
if you missed the 2011 Rose Parade
the link is here...
the original posts are also linked under
each photo below...
We had another wet spring,
but June brought the first
of the roses to bloom...
It's sometimes hard to love all that spring rain,
but the flowers do look pretty
dripping wet...
Eden Roses and Catmint
tucked in a Limoges sugar jar,
SWEET!
abundant and droopy...
wild...
pink summer Roses
and aqua Mason jars
are a naturally perfect pairing...
Lazy summer days,
perfect for tea in the garden...
tender Ballerina Blooms...
this summer
I had a love affair with the simple
Bonica Roses...
and added some cherished David Austin Roses
to the garden...
petite bouquets...
a curtain call,
September came too soon....
Rose reigns Queen...
in my heart:-)
Don't you love a parade!
Today I am joining....
and
Thanks for stopping by today....

Beautiful roses ! Happy New Year !
We are thinking along the same lines in blogging Bella, my new year is starting with flowers as well. I found a great book that I think you would love. You will have to stop by when you have time and see the title. Now on to the Rose Parade!

GOOD YEAR!

Yes I love a parade and I love your parade of roses. Usually this time of year we are blanketed in snow. Not the case this year and it feels like Spring outside. I am fighting back the urge to garen. lol! Can't wait to see that first bud bloom.
I enjoyed your rose parade. I absolutely love roses and don't have near enough space for all I wish to have. I lost my Bonica rose two years ago. It was a tough constant bloomer seeing yours reminds me to put it on my list to replace. David Austin roses are my favorite! They flourish here in the mountains of N. California.
Hi Bella, your roses are exquisite and your arrangements and pictures are so beautiful. I hope you have a lovely day! Delisa :)
Your roses are beautiful! Thank you for sharing with us. Hope you have a grand day. Toodles, Kathryn @TheDedicatedHouse
