Bittersweet vines here and there

I got some bittersweet recently.
Its fall colors and texture were so lifelike.
I'm experimenting on where to use it.
Here is my fall mantel before:

and now....enter a little bittersweet....

I like the way its withered, but colorful look weaves everything together.

Actually, that was only half of it.
I decided to try the rest in a couple of places.
Here at the kitchen table - before:

                                                                              After....

                                                                Maybe the dining room????
                                                            Hmmmmm, something's missing.....

Actually, I could just double up on the mantel.
Whaddaya think?

I have a fun wreath to show you, as well as
a darling bag and painting.
I might actually post more than once this week!
Hope you have a great week.
Blessings,
Linda

What great faux bittersweet...the bendiness ( yes, that IS a word) makes it very believable without the mess of the real stuff ( which I am obsessed with) :)

I have never seen Bittersweet anywhere, where do you get it? It really does just tie everything together and bring Autumn right into the room.

Hi, Nina! What a nice post...sort of a before bittersweet and after bittersweet. What a difference it made when you added it! And you are right; it looks so real. Visiting from A Stroll Thru Life. :)

Linda, thanks for sharing your beautiful decor. I love to use bittersweet in the fall. I know it is considered a weed in many places, but here one has to buy it. And it is pricey. ;-) I treat myself to a bunch each fall.
