With a digi from Phooka I made this circle card for the Crafter’s Digital Art Center (CDACPC5)Progressive Challenge. I took my design inspiration from a card in Simply Cards & Papercraft magazine (issue 88). I based this on a card designed by Bev Rochester. I cut a 4 1/4 inch scallop with my Cricut, scored it in half, added the red heart scallop cutout made with a Spellbinder die, and decorated. Many of the other supplies used are Stampin’ Up! The new and unique element is the snow pen used on the cap to give a furry look. Rather cool – once it dries you hit it with the heat gun and it raised up. The little cutie is colored with SU watercolor pencils. I intensified the green part of the shirt with a glitter Sakura pen.
