Scrapbooking Global May 2021 Blog Hop DIY Creative Backgrounds

Welcome to this month’s hop. We are making our own backgrounds so I have pulled out my ink pads to get this one happening.

This effect was easy - it was helped by the DSP a little as it was already textured I then dragged my ink pad across the page. I have used 2 different colour pads but take not drag lightly. The white speckles and dribbles are acrylic paint

Thanks for joining me - now let’s hop on over to see Jill's take on this theme.

  3. I've never done the ink pad technique dragging it across the paper. I love how the colors became more dramatic using this technique. Beautiful page!
