OSAT Blog Hop Glad Tidings We Bring

Good morning my paper crafting friends! We're going to join the OSAT Blog Hop today for a theme of great joy!  When I hear "GLAD TIDINGS", I think Christmas.  I am excited for Christmas time more this year than usual.  I'm ready for glad tidings of great joy, aren't you?

I chose to use the Peaceful Boughs Stamp Set and Coordinating Beautiful Boughs Dies for my projects.  I love all the detail in the two layer pinecones and the dies include the two fancy labels as well!

I started out with a Very Vanilla card base. Then, I added a 4" x 5 1/4" Very Vanilla layer that I embossed using the Dainty Diamonds embossing folder.  After cutting the pinecones and boughs, I adhered them to the embossed layer using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I attached the Embossed layer to the card base using Stampin' Dimensionals and then attached the sentiment label with dimensionals as well.

For my 2nd project, I created a coordinating gift box.  The Perfect Parcel Dies are...... well, Perfect for making a pretty and custom gift package for any occasion.  I love that I can use the same supplies that I used for my card, and create a fantastic little gift box that's big enough to put any number of little delights in! The wonderful thing about the Perfect Parcel Dies is that they cut and score the box for you. It takes all the guesswork out of creating a nice box like this! YAY!

Well friends, this is where I leave you to hop along to the next person along the way.  I hope you've enjoyed my projects and that you find inspiration along the hop!
