Life is Better

Hi there!  I have not been doing much crafting lately...I just finished a play I was in, last night was closing night.  Oh thank goodness!!  I'm soooo exhausted!  I need a vacation!  haha  Actually, during the rehearsal process I made a quick week long trip to Guam to see my daughter who lives over there with a local guy.  Anyway...I decided it was time to make a card.  I did this one, using an image from Whoopsi daisy., some DP, two bird beads, some gems, flowers, I used a die cut for the leaves, the sentiment is from Create With TLC.  I followed this sketch from Sweet Sketch Wednesday.

The image is a pre-colored image.  Rather than using ribbon I used some scrap paper for the two long strips.  I decided to bring in the bird from the image by using the two bird beads on the left hand corners.
