Well, I struggled with this as I have tried everything
that comes to mind. So after a search I came up with this...
A 'wobble' card which I have never made before.
Using Tea Time Splash coloured with copic and
pencils. I guess an easel tea cup card was the best
for this little mermaid.. Finding the right wire
was trial and error, 24 gauge is what I used.

A great result Annie, it is so pretty
Really cute wobble easel card! Love your colouring of the sweet mermaid although why she's sat in a teacup is a wonder :D (maybe tea is good for the scales). Clever you making it wobble, most people would buy the wobble part but you made it yourself which impresses me no end. Love this!! Debra x
