Here's the progress we've made...
The room has been painted and bedding is on the bed.
Her bedside table is being re-used and organized.
I found her this little silver bowl at Home Goods.
Sweet price tag!
A close-up of the drawers under the bed. They really hold a lot.
She picked out this graphic zebra print at Ikea.
The polka dot pillow cases just arrived from PB Teen.
The top of the desk unit.
This special piece of furniture.
Check out the inside!
The closet--we added knobs that match the new chest (anthropologie).
We've got her pretty organized in here now.
We still have curtains and rods to hang and metallic chalk board paint to put up.
But we are almost done!

Please, please tell us where you got the bedding from!!! I am doing my daughters room in those exact colors this is perfect!!! I would love to know where I could find it for her. GREAT ROOM!!
We have black and white polka dots with green walls in our "boy" nursery now, I am thinking that bedding would make a perfect, cheap transition to a "girl" space someday if we are so blessed! Where is the bedding from? -Nicole
I came here via momcomm - love the room. we are about to redo my 8yo daughter's room and she has the IKEA bed (still as a single) - it is a great piece. Did you write anywhere about the desk and unit above it? That is the piece of our design puzzle I am stumbling on and what you have is exactly what I envision.
@Nicole & sullyj the bedding is from PB Teen
@Deb the desk wall unit is also from PB Teen from a few years ago. I believe it's the Hampton series.
