Nearly the weekend!

Morning all,

Hope you've had a good week. It's been a funny one at the Purple Palace .. having attended Craftathon at the weekend there was the mammoth chore of restoring order and returning everything taken to Craftathon back to it's former home - not an easy task!! I haven't even had the chance to think about finishing off my projects yet though I WILL! A pal joined us for dinner on Wednesday so there was the task of clearing the dining room to add in to the mix. You can tell I've been playing catch up as I only had the chance to enter the LIM challenge yesterday!!

However, aside from the surrogates due to join us for dinner on Saturday evening I have nothing at all planned for this weekend - luxury!

Still, I can USUALLY find a small window of opportunity to craft and this card started life a little after 07:00 yesterday since hubby had set his alarm for stupid o'clock and had to be out of the house by 08:00 .... quite a rarity for either of us these days!

My card
I HOPE you can see the Wink of Stella
The front and back of my card and the front of my envelope
The inside of my card and the reverse of my envelope

  • Two pieces of white, 200gsm card, cut to 13½cm square

  • Creative Expressions (from the set Urban beat) image and sentiment stamped using Versafine onyx black ink
  • Paper Artsy splatter image stamped using Versafine satin red ink
  • Clear Wink of Stella glitter brush pen used to trace over the sentiment to give it a subtle sparkle .. after all, it IS a masculine card!
