Office: Painting Progress

This is not really pretty.....yet.... but I'm making progress on my soon-to-be-workspace! Please be excited - or at least pretend to be excited - that the walls are white!

Before:

These walls are with black carpet, black fan & mirrored doors!
Yikes!
...they forgot the disco ball!

To primer gray:

(a step in the right direction)

Oh, let's throw in the black fan just for fun...

I bet I can't even give it away!

(primer gray)

Nice mirrored doors, huh?

Which will I be stuck with, the fan or these doors?
Shall we start a betting pool?

Yay, white walls!
Only one coat but I am seriously excited by this!!

Again.....

BEFORE:

AFTER:

Notice the new windows as I recently posted.

I can't tell you the true change in feeling of room size & color:

Red & pink  - nervous, chaotic, gotta get out!

Primer gray - dark, small, confining.

White - open, bigger, serene.

More updates to come!

The room is looking so good so far! I love the white in the room, and the window is beautiful! New windows make such a difference in a room, don't they?

I hope you have a great Friday and weekend! :)

Blessings,
Jenni

That is an amazing transformation. I always wish the former owners could see a room that I have made that much better. :-)

I am popping over from Sarah's great paint party. (Link #34)

Fondly,
Glenda

I'm EXACTLY the same with getting feelings with different colours. ISn't it strange how what we see can affect us so much?

The room looks amaaaaazingly different!

And what a gorgeous blog you have! I've signed up to follow.

Thank you so much for linking up to my Paint, Please link party.
