Happy New Year! Are you ready to start the new year off with resolutions or goals? One of my goals is to continue creating cards that can be used for any occasion. I have not purchased a card in over 3 years and it feels good to give a handmade card. I’m hoping my creations inspire you to take some time to create your own.
Today’ card is for the Global Design Project #16. Case the designer Bibi Cameron. I chose to copy the circle center and make a shaker card. I wanted some textured on the front piece that showcases the shaker so I punched some balloons and colored them with the Clear Wink of Stella brush.

I love your fun take on Bibi’s original card. There are so many new and fabulous dies to choose from in the occasions catalogue, but the pop-up one is the best! The inside of your card looks as great as the outside. Thanks for playing at Global Design Project with us. Happy New Year!

What fun, Kathie! The glimmer paper balloons in the background of the top panel add a wonderful texture without taking away from the rest of the card – lovely choice. Thank you so much for playing along with this CASE the Designer Challenge at the Global Design Project.
